Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh rolled oats into the TM bowl Closed lid"Closed lid" and pulse on Turbo 2-3 times or until fine.

Add dates, coconut oil, vanilla and agave syrup and blend on Speed 8 for 30 seconds, or until combined.

Once combined roll the mixture into small bite size balls and store in the fridge or freezer.

Tip

You could also throw in a handful of choc chips, goji berries whatever you like! Just chuck them in after the last step and combine on Reverse Speed 4.

I found this recipe on the Girl makes food blog but have tweaked it to my liking. Enjoy!

So easy and my partner LOVES them. He said they're amazing and fudgey and has asked for 100 more. Lucky they're so quick and easy to make!

Tried these with cacao chips and maple syrup instead of agave-delicious, just made a double batch without the cacao and just as delicious- I always keep in the freezer for a quick bite... Might try as a slice next time too.

We love these!! I use rice malt syrup instead of agave and I add  linseed to give it some crunch. We eat these as fast as I put them in the fridge! My mother swears these keep her regular haha!

    LOVE LOVE LOVE

We eat so much of this I triple the recipe for each batch and make 2 batches at a time!!!

Its so handy to have a container (or 5) in the fridge for unexpected visitors.

Here is the tweaked recipe that I made up to suit our bulk needs of this deliciously addictive treat:

I follow the recipe speeds etc just different quantities and a bit longer mix at the end tmrc_emoticons.)

    300g oats

    150 dates

3 teaspoons vanillia (i just fill the cap of the vanilla bottle 3 times)

65g rice bran oil (or coconut oil)

    65g mayple syrup

you will need to mix for 1 min speed 8 then check if it's nice and stuck together, if not do another 20 secs If still a bit dry add a teeny tiny bit more syrup and mix a few more secs.

then I just press into a number of those rectagular takeway containers and pop the lid on and stack them in my fridge. They are ready to just grab and go!

Delicious! I added some macadamia nuts just to increase the protein level. Loved it!
