I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Line a tray with greaseproof paper (enough for 6 Water balloons to fit on)
Tip choc melts into bowl and mill 8 sec/Sp 9
Scrape down sides, add Coconut oil and melt 6 mins/50 deg/Sp 1.
Tip 1 inch melted choc into smaller bowl slightly larger than balloons. Dunk balloons into choc and set upside down in a small cup to set in fridge. Wait until set before proceeding.
Spoon 1 Tablespoon Choc into lined tray giving enough room to spread. Dunk balloons in melted choc to give a second coat. Place balloons onto Tablespoon drops on tray for the base of your egg. Set in freezer.
You may have to intermitantly set Thermomix to melt 1 min/50 deg/Sp 1 to keep chocolate melted while bases are setting.
Once set, pop balloons and carefully peel them out. Then leave Egg bases in freezer until ready to fill.
With melted Choc still in bowl, Mix 1 min/50 deg/"Counter-clockwise operation" /Sp 1 and drop in Marshmallows and Raspberry lollies. Put some honeycomb chunks in each egg and very quickly add about 3 tablespoons of mixture to each egg. These will make the eggs melt very quickly, so you have to be fast and quickly return to freezer.
Once set, Enjoy!
WARNING: Very addictive.
Make sure you wash to bowl with milk for 5 mins/80 deg/Sp 3
Tip
You can replace Honeycomb with Turkish delight, Mars Bar chunks, bite sized Milky ways, Clinkers, or any other of your fave chocolates... as long as its bite sized.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
