Recipe's preparation

    To make the chocolate base
  1. Line a baking tin with baking paper overhanging the sides
  2. Place raw almonds, peanut butter, dessicated coconut, cocoa powder and agave syrup into the bowl and blend 10 seconds / speed 8
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the base of your prepared tin and set aside.
  4. To make the peanut butter middle
  5. Place peanut butter, agave syrup and coconut oil into the bowl and gently heat 2 minutes/70/speed 3 until the coconut oil has melted and the peanut butter has softened.
  6. Pour the mixture over your base and place the slice in the fridge for an hour to set.
  7. To make chocolate topping
  8. Place coconut oil in the mixing bowl and mix 1 min/60/speed 3.
  9. Place cocoa powder and agave syrup in the mixing bowl and mix 5 seconds/speed 3.
  10. Pour over the base and the middle layer and place back into the fridge for at least 30 minutes until set.
  11. Slice and enjoy.

Tip

Using cold dates makes it harder to mix together, I recommend leaving them out of the fridge until they are room temperature. Use sunflower seeds instead of nuts to make it nut free.

    Recipe is created for
    TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
