Ingredients

YOU'LL NEED:

  • 280 grams water
  • 280 grams Milk, Cold milk
  • 300 grams wholemeal flour
  • 150 grams wholemeal flour, add as needed
  • 30 grams Weetbix
  • 2.5 teaspoon Yeast, not instant yeast
  • 22 grams rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt, not iodised
  • 3 tablespoons flaxseeds
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Recipe's preparation

    HOW:
  1. -Place Weetbix into mixing bowl and crush 5sec/speed 9. Remove from bowl and set aside.

    -Put Water, Milk, Sugar, Yeast, Wholemeal Flour, Weetbix, oats and salt into the TM bowl. Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 20 sec/speed 1

    -Increase speed slowly to speed 5 (doing it slowly will stop flour sticking to your TM lid), and combine for a few seconds.

    -Add in more flour to create a sticky scone like dough - should be like cake batter NOT dough. Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 10 sec/speed 4

    -Add in all seeds mix Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 30 sec/speed 4

    -Put the dough into a loaf tin and spread evenly.

    -Place in a cold oven and bake at 100C oven for 45 minutes then increase the temperature to 175c for 1 hour. Should be dark brown and make a hollow sound when tapped on the bottom.
