Too Easy Lebanese Rice Pudding
Tip
*You can aslo decoarte with dessicanted coconut, or leave as is.
* You must allow it to cool down completely before covering and placing in fridge.
* Dont get tempted to keep cooking when 65minutes are over, unless your arborio rice is still hard, but it shouldnt be.
*Ensure you put it into reverse, otherwise it wont be the same.
*If you are using a creamy milk, then you can use more milk and lessen the amount of thickened cream if you prefer.

TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -
