Recipe's preparation

  1. Freeze buttermilk in ice cube trays

    Zest lemons 

    Remove pith from both lemons 

    Mill Sugar & lemon zest 20 sec Sp 9

    Add Lemons and blitz 10 sec Sp 7

    Add frozen buttermilk and blend 45 seconds Sp 9

Tip

This is a way to use up leftover buttermilk when you make butter. Just freeze it straight into ice cube trays.
