- 4 53 gram Mars Bars
- 90 grams Butter, chopped
- 100 grams rice bubbles
- 220 grams milk chocolate, chopped

Grease a 19 cm x 29 cm rectangular slice pan. Line the base and 2 long sides with baking paper, extending the paper 2cm above the edges of the pan.
Place Mars bars in to bowl and chop on speed 5 for 15 seconds.
Place butter in to bowl and heat at 50 degrees on speed 3 for 5 minutes or until mixture is smooth.
Put rice bubbles in to bowl and combine on "Counter-clockwise operation" reverse speed 1 for 30 seconds or until completely covered in the chocolate mixture.
Press rice bubble and chocolate mixture in to prepared pan.
Wash and dry bowl then place 220 grams of milk chocolate in to bowl and heat on 50, speed 1 for 3 minutes or until completely smooth.
Spread chocolate evenly over top of slice. Refridgerate until firm. Using a warm knife cut in to squares and serve.
Tip
Add an extra Mars bar for extra tastiness.

fantastic! i made the recipe from the SFI magazine just the other week but Im still new at the thermy and converting it does my head in! so thanks for doing it for me! =D will have to make this for my sons birthday party
