Ingredients
Nutella Cheesecake
- 250 g Biscoff biscuits
- 75 g unsalted butter, Softened
- 25 g Nutella, At room temperature
- 25 g hazelnuts, Chopped & toasted
- 500 g cream cheese, At room temperature
- 60 g icing sugar, Sifted
- 350 g Nutella, At room temperature
- 75 g hazelnuts, Chopped & toasted

- Add 250g Biscoff Biscuits to bowl - "Blend" 10sec/speed 4 until crumb
- Add to bowl 75g unsalted butter softened
- Add to bowl 25g toasted hazelnuts
- Add to bowl 25g nutella, "Blend" 10sec/speed 3.5 mix ingreedients until they start to clump
- Tip into 23cm/9inch round springform and press into the base and up the side to form the base. Place in the fridge to chill @10-15min
- Clean & dry the bowl ready for the next step
- Add to bowl 500g cream cheese
- Add to bowl 60g icing sugar (sifted). "Blend" 10sec/speed 3.5 mix the cream cheese and icing sugar
- Scrape down sides of the bowl. "Blend" 10sec/speed 3.5 mix until smooth
- Add to bowl 350g nutella. "Blend" 10sec/speed 3.5 mix into cream cheese mix
- Scrape down sides - continue mixing until combined "Blend" 10sec/speed 3.5
- Take the springform out of the fridge and carefully smooth the nutella mixture into the base. Scatter the remaining chopped hazelnuts on top to cover and place the tin in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight.
Tip
*Can be made ahead of time.
*Will keep for up to 4 days in the fridge.
*A round glass with a flat bottom helps to smooth and rpess the crumb up the side of the dish.
*Toasted Hazelnuts - if you only have blanched put them on a oven tray and roast in the oven for 10min @180deg prior to starting recipe.
