Peach and Raspberry Crumble
- 750 g Ripe Peaches, Destoned, peeled, or tinned peaches, drained
- 1 --- lemon, Zest and juice
- 30 g caster sugar, Adjust to taste
- 3 tbsp cornflour
- 150 g raspberries, Fresh or frozen, thawed
- 100 g raw sugar
- 1 pinches sea salt
- 100 g plain flour
- 100 g rolled oats
- 100 g Butter, Chilled, roughly chopped

- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);, lemon juice, caster sugar and 1.5 tbsp of the cornflour into the mixing bowl and mix -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
- Add raspberries and combine 3 sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 2. Place fruit mixture into a 20cm glass baking dish. Set aside. Clean and dry mixing bowl.
- Place lemon zest, raw sugar and salt into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 9.
- Add all remaining ingredients, including remaining cornflour, and combine 1 min "Closed lid" "Dough mode" .
- Place crumble evenly across the top of fruit mixture. Bake 20 - 25 minutes, or until topping is golden and fruit is bubbling at the edges. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
Tip
serve crumble with pouring custard, whipped cream or creamy traditional ice cream.
any seasonal fruit can be used in this recipe. In summer try peaches, strawberries, raspberries or mango. In winter try steamed quinces or pears.

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
