  • 250 g white sugar
  • 120 g unsalted butter, Room Temp
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Sugar in Mixing Bowl

    Mill for 20 seconds on speed 10.

    Scrape down sides and then mill for a further 10 seconds on speed 10
  2. Place 120g of Room Temp Butter in Bowl and mix 15 seconds speed 6.
  3. Insert Butterfly Whisk. Add 2 Tbsp of Cream and Vanilla and Mix 2 minutes 30 seconds on speed 3.

    If colour is desired add a drop of food colouring and mix a further 30 seconds on speed 3.

    Transfer into bowl and use as needed.

Tip

Do not refrigerate before using as Icing will harden.

    Made this really easy recipe to decorate my sons birthday cake.

    I tripled the recipes to layer and frost x2 sponges baked in 8" pans.

    i doubled the recipe to do a small 3 tier cake baked in a 4" pan.

    thank you!! Now my go to recipe for frosting!
