Yum!  I accidentally used 130 g of honey as it just kept pouring out and 60ml frozen lemon juice instead of the rind.  The adults thought it was delicious, the kids didn't like it at all, which meant more for the grown ups.

Very nice flavours, particularly with the cardammon. Unusual texture with the crushed nuts - probably as I'm used to the smoothness of sorbet - although next time I make it I might mix it for an extra 30 seconds to break the nuts down even more. I also added a little more honey to my kids servings, they found it wasn't sweet enough.
