  • 150 grams raw almonds
  • 20 grams Protein Powder, (Preferably chocolate)
  • 30 grams pepitas, (Optional)
  • 25 grams Goji Berries
  • 30 grams raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons Black Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 50 grams coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons linseed, (Optional)
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, (Optional)

Recipe's preparation

    Protein Bars
  1. Place the raw almonds, goji berries, protein powder, pepitas, black chia seeds and raw cacao powder into the bowl. (Also add sunflower seeds and linseeds, if using them)

    Blend until finely chopped; 10 seconds on Speed 7. Scrape down sides with spatula.
  2. Add coconut oil and honey to the dry mixture.
    Mix for 20 seconds on Speed 5.
    (If it is too dry add coconut oil if it's too wet add almond meal or chia seeds)
  3. Line a baking dish (I used a small rectangle Pyrex dish).
    Pour mixture into the dish, press it down firmly (use the back of a spoon) and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Slice up & enjoy 😀👍

Tip

The mixture could be rolled firmly into balls and left in the fridge for 1 hour 😋

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
