- 150 grams Almonds raw
- 30 grams Cacao
- 4 heaped tbsp Desiccated Coconut
- 150 grams pitted dates
- 3 tablespoons water
chocolate topping
- 60 grams Cacao
- 4 tablespoons Raw Honey
- 4 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 Bananas ripe
- 1 tablespoon orange juice, optional

BASE
1. Prepare browie tray by lining it with baking paper.
2. Place the almonds, cacao, coconut and dates into bowl mill until it becomes a fine crumb. Speed 9/10sec.
3. Add water into bowl and mix Speed 4/10 sec.
3. Transfer into prepare brownie tray and press down to make base.
CHOCOLATE TOPPING
1. Place all ingredients into bowl and blend Speed 5/10 sec or until you have reach a smooth, creamy consistancy. (you may want to go longer)
2. Spread on top of base
3. Place in freezer until the top it a fudge like consistancy and enjoy straight from the freezer.

Make sure your banana's are very ripe.
