    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

This popcorn is SOOOO GOOD. Thank you for the recipe. I was making it for Christmas gifts but have to make more now as we've eaten most of it ourselves!!!

Awesome recipe! Tastes just like Lolly Gobble Bliss Bombs (if anyone remembers those) I only added a small amount of salt to the caramel and didn’t add any more once cooked. The family raves about it and baking it in the oven ensures that it’s not sticky once cooled.

Bought a (very expensive) bag of salted caramel popcorn at the markets the week before making this - this is SOOOOOO much nicer!! 😍

This recipe is excellent!  I have made it many times, after air popping popcorn in the microwave 3 1/2 minutes on high, covered.  Last night I was busy and my husband asked me how and popped the corn then weighed the ingredients for the thermie (he still doesn't want to know how to operate it) and he poured over the caramel before baking it.  It is simply so easy and delicious, a wonderful snack for the family, thank you tmrc_emoticons.)
