Made this tonight, fantastic. I occasionally make this the stove top way and it is a fave in our house but im so glad I found this method, it is so simple and takes less time. I also did what other users did with the leftover chocolate, I added milk, 6 minutes, 80° speed 1, and enjoyed a nice hot chocolate afterwards. I had no issues with the chocolate melting, I used 180g cadbury baking choc (that's all I had) and then added 20g of dark choc baking chips to make it 200g in total and used 20g of coconut oil like others suggested and it was perfectly melted. Thanks all and love that so many commented 😊

I used cadbury baking dark chocolate and coconut oil (20grams) for the topping and it melted fine. Probably couldve doubled the topping recipe though as it was quite thin - standard size slice tray used. Didn't get much of a mars bar flavour but still a nice sweet treat & kids enjoyed it

Very nice and easy. I made it exactly as per the recipe and used a spatula to spread the chocolate on top. Will make again!

Made this recipe yesterday to take to work and it was a hit! Absolutely delicious and super simple. I had no problem with the chocolate and but not melting, it worked just fine. Although I did double the recipe and as extra time (also added extra Mars bars). Thanks for the stellar recipe!
