Puff Pastry
- 120 gram Butter
- 120 grams plain flour
- 50 grams chilled water
- 3 pinches salt
Chocolate Custard
- 50 grams raw sugar
- 15 grams cornflour
- 1 --- egg
- 250 grams Milk Full Cream
- 10 grams dark chocolate, Use Good quality
Serving
- --- icing sugar
- Blueberries or Strawberries

Make Puff Pastry first, then put into the fridge for at least 20 min.
Place butter,salt, flour and water from fridge into mixing bowl and mix 20 sec/ speed 6.
Transfer dough onto floured surface and roll into a ball. Place in fridge for 20min to allow butter to go hard and have a workable puff pastry.

Place dark choclate into bowl and grind 5 second/ speed 10
Add sugar and cornflour into mixing bowl and mill for a further 10 sec/ speed 9. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add egg and milk then cook for 7min/ 90c/ speed 4. When it is done you can serve hot or remove into bowl and allow to cool.
Place two pastry hearts onto plate. Add a spoonful of chosolate custard and finish with a second layer of heart puff pastry. Dust with a small amount of icing sugar and garnish with blueberries or strawberries.

Tip
Give it a try with vanilla custard, if your loved ones dont like chocolate. Add lemon zest instead of chocolate.
