    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

This is the same recipe as my Mother used to make. Added less sugar. Didn't cook the apple in the TM. Put into casserole dish, sprinkled topping over and baked for about an hour. Ate with cream and ice cream. Delicious 🤤

This was delicious! Copied what some others said and cut down the suagr to 180g and made it with half castor and the other half brown sugar. Also added a tablespoon of cornflour to the apple mix when it was cooking to make a bit of a sauce. Will definitely be making it again.

An absolutely beautiful Apple Crumble recipe. I actually swapped the 220g sugar with 150g of brown sugar. So yummy!

This was amazing and so easy to make! I reduced the sugar to 150 and probably could've reduced a bit more tmrc_emoticons.)

Really easy and everyone loved it.  I baked it in little individual pie tins - made about 8 servings depending on the size of your tins.  I also reduced the sugar to 150g.
