This recipe is really good! Great for snacking and healthy too. Just a couple is enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.
Delicious and full of goodness will make again
Delicious - just made my second batch. Didn't change a thing!
I made small batch using 50 g of dates, 50 g of uncrystallised (naked) ginger,30 g of almonds, 3 or4 strips of orange rind , a pinch of cardamom. ( no honey). Delicious. I'm happily working my way through all those ageing packets of dried fruit in my pantry, experimenting with different combinations. I especially love the use of cardamom and orange zest. Have also tried adding a surprise centre by moulding the ball around a small cube of ginger or half an almond. The possibilities are endless!
These are so delicious. The whole family loves them which is a real plus. I love the orange fragrance, the touch of cardamon, and the chunky but soft texture. And so healthy. Thanks.
These are just amazing. What a great healthy snack to have on hand and so easy to make.
Super yummy ! I used cinnamon instead of cardamon. Thanks for sharing. A winner in my family.
These are so easy and so yummy. Not everyone is into cardamon ... but I am! and i these are the easist and yummiest things when looking for a gluten-free or 'healthy' snack.
