Recipe's preparation

  1. Pop all ingredients in the Thermomix cover lid with measuring cup and blend, speed 7 for 30 seconds or until smooth to your liking.

Pour into tall glass or pop in a takeaway shake bottle and enjoy on the go.

    This makes one generous serve.

Tip

you can replace the berries with any type of berry you like or even try frozen mango

Berries contain antioxidants which are great for brain function and waking you up in the morning.

This is so easy and so filling, it makes a very generous serving and is a great breakfast on the go and filling too.

i add LSA instead of protein powder and then a mixture of seeds and dried fruit as a topper, yummy!

I use this (and varieties of) to get some good stuff into my very fussy twins. One of my girls gets very constipated so I have added pear and vegies (such as half zucchini) and they are none the wiser. Basic but I needed a receipe as a base so thanks!!
