I cannot believe this recipe only has 29 reviews! I classify myself as a bit of a pita snob, but this recipe is the bomb! My go to pita recipe where each time I make, I am always asked "where do you buy these, these are amazing"!
Thank you so much @The Princess and The Pastry Brush 💕
great recipe
Great recipe paired with hommus for school lunches. I've made this several times and its now one of my saved items . They are soft and fluffy.
Light and fluffy. Just what I was looking for. 😋
A good pita recipe. Worked out great, tasted good.
These were absolutely sensational. So easy to work with. I made Mexican wraps and tried without being toasted and toasted and both amazing . My best find on the RC yet
Love these pita breads, quick, easy and delicious. Also made up the dough and used as pizza bases which worked really well.
Lovely and soft. Easy to make. Did not change a thing. Filled them with spicy chicken, lettuce, tomato and sweet chilli mayo. Delicious
Soft and light when cooked. Far better than store bought. Need to make a double quantity, everyone loved them and easy to do.
Perfect! I only had the 7g sachet of yeast so adjusted the flour and water proportions accordingly (370g and 230g respectively). Make sure your pan is nice and hot to get the best result - not the heat you would make a pancake on!
Served with leftover roast lamb, diced tomatoes and cucumber, haloumi and a lemon, garlic and greek yoghurt sauce.
