- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 nashi pear
- 1 regular pear
- 1 royal gala apple
- 1 Granny Smith Apple
- 1 lge plum
- 2-3 Bananas ripe
- 100 g water
- 100 g ice

Remove seed from plum. Remove skin and seed from avo. Remove skin from bananas and stalks from pears and apples. Chop fruit roughly for example if it fits into the centre of of lid then its a good size.
Add 1/2 the ingredients and give a quick blend as to fit the rest of the items in.
Blend 1min / speed 10 until smooth and creamy.
Tip
Add more water depending on consistency you like.
This will last for up to 3 days.
Drink this all day to keep those cravings away.

Beautiful smoothie.
I would recommend a bit more water then what is in recipe but that's entirely up to everyone else. I also left plum out as they are not in season at the moment.

maDe a huge batch as I am pregnant and I want as much goodness as possible for my unborn baby. Will have three times a day just as recommended. I find myself always looking forward to drinking it.
