Ingredients
Samantha's Strawberry Baileys
- 40 g Butter, salted
- 125 g water
- 180 g sugar
- 110 g milk powder, full cream
- 200 g White Chocolate Chips
- 700 g evaporated milk
- 300 g cream
- 1 bottles strawb'ry & cream, flavour for icing, found in the cake decorating section of Woolworths.
- 300 g strawberry topping, Feel free to add extra to taste.
- 1 bottles whiskey, 700 ml, Samantha really likes the Jamesons whiskey, so we're going with that :-)

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Add butter and water to bowl and cook 2mins, at temp 120c on speed 2.
- Add sugar, milk powder and white choc bits, then "Blend" for 30sec on speed 10. Scrape down and "Blend" for 30 sec on speed 10 again.
- Whilst set at 2 min, temp 50c, speed 3, pour in your evaporated milk, cream, strawberry topping and bottle of strawb'ry & cream flavouring.
- Pour contents of bowl into a very large jug or bowl.
- Pour the bottle of whiskey into the bowl then rinse with the Turbo function. Twice at 2 seconds. At this point the contents of the bowl look curdled. Don't panic!... it's ok... trust the process
- Combine with the other ingredients, give it a stir and distribute into washed and sterilised bottles.
Tip
For this recipe you will also need a large mixing bowl or jug, funnel and bottles.
Needs to be kept refrigerated.
Contents will settle, so you'll need to give it a good shake before serving.
Lasts up to 3 months in the fridge.

The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
