  1. Add butter and water to bowl and cook 2mins, at temp 120c on speed 2.
  2. Add sugar, milk powder and white choc bits, then Blend"Blend" for 30sec on speed 10. Scrape down and Blend"Blend" for 30 sec on speed 10 again.
  3. Whilst set at 2 min, temp 50c, speed 3, pour in your evaporated milk, cream, strawberry topping and bottle of strawb'ry & cream flavouring.
  4. Pour contents of bowl into a very large jug or bowl.
  5. Pour the bottle of whiskey into the bowl then rinse with the Turbo function. Twice at 2 seconds. At this point the contents of the bowl look curdled. Don't panic!... it's ok... trust the process tmrc_emoticons.;-)
  6. Combine with the other ingredients, give it a stir and distribute into washed and sterilised bottles.

    TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
