Strawberry Cordial Steps
Tip
You can use the simmering basket to strain, although a fine sieve or nut bag will remove more of the bits. If using the steamer basket I suggest cutting the tops off the strawberries.
Plastic bottles are not recommended as this recipe is bottled hot and may melt plastic. However, once cooled it can be added to plastic drink bottles mixed with water.

Really refereshing and not too sweet. Husband approved.
So easy and tastes delicious! It is Not as concentrated as commercial cordial so don't dilute it too much! Beautiful with ice cubes!
This looks delicious and easy. I bought a lovely glass bottle today that will suit this beautifully. Thanks for posting.
This is a favourite to make up before a party. Just make up a jug with mineral water and ice and leave it on the table.
