For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Nice sauce, and so many veggies!
I used 150g cream that I had leftover from yesterday. Also turned it into a pasta bake with some tasty light cheese on top (160C fan, 25 min). My son said it's the best pasta bake I ever made! tmrc_emoticons.;-)

Very tasty and a really nice change to the traditional beef mince bolognese. I reduced the tomato paste down to 100 grams because I thought it might be a bit too salty otherwise. It turned out perfect!

Very Yummy and a quick dish to make!
5 & 6 year old smashed it. I didn't have any cream so I used 100ml milk with a tablespoon (give or take) of cornflour.
this will be a regular dish at our place 🤗
