This recipe was nice, it was simple and quick. The only drawback i found though was that some of the flavour escaped from the fish in the cooking process, so next time i would put baking paper in the tray with the fish to help keep the flavour in the fish.

Is this recipe for one serve?

I used 3 fillets (400g total) for 3 people. And 3 x the broccoli.  So 40g broccoli each (2 florets). This was my first time cooking with fresh chili so I used about 1/4 of the chili, but I found that it wasn't too spicy once cooked. But this suited us.

I also left the capsicum out of the steamer and used it in a side salad instead.

Delicious!! Quick, easy and cooked to perfection!  Basa is also really affordable (on special for $8/kg).
