Ingredients
salmon fillet
- 2 cloves garlic, large
- 1 bunch Coriandar (small), incl. root & stem
- 1-2 large green chillis
- 1/4 tsp salt, to taste
- 1/4 tsp cumin, to taste
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 90 grams EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
Salmon Fillet
- 1-6 fillets Salmon

Place small bunch of coriander chopped into 3 pieces, chilli (halved) and garlic in mixing bowl and chop on speed 7 for 3-5 seconds
Adding remaining ingredients and mix on speed 3 for 15 seconds
Pour 500ml water into the mixing bowl
Place salmon fillet into the varoma and cook for 11-14 minutes on varoma speed 1.5 till cooked through.
Chilli Coriander Dressing
Steamed Salmon fillet
Tip
Add more lemon, salt or cumin to taste
Replace the coriander with basil (leaves only) and omit the cumin. Enjoy with chicken.
Left over dressing is great with eggs
