- 2cm cube ginger, Peeled
- 30 g Olive Oil.
- 400 g chopped tomatoes, canned
- 300 g Water.
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Stock - EDC
- 50 g Tomato Paste.
- 2 tbsp YIAH Madras Spice Mix

1. Add onions, garlic and ginger to mixing bowlChop - 3 seconds, speed 7
2. Add oilCook - 3 minutes, 100 degrees , speed 2
3. Add tomatoes, water, vegetable stock, tomato paste and YIAH madras curry spiceCook 7 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 2
4. Add beefCook - 30 minutes, 100 degrees, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed "Gentle stir setting" . MC in.
5. Cook - 20 - 30 minutes, Varoma temp, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed "Gentle stir setting" . MC out (put basket on top which will stop the sauce from spitting everywhere). This will allow the sauce to reduce. I like mine quite saucy so cooked for 25 minutes.
6. Serve with Rice
