Butter Chicken
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 cm ginger
- 1 red chilli, Deseeded and halved
- 1 brown onion, Halved
- 100 g coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground paprika
- 3 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tsp Ground Coriander
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 500 g coconut cream
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 g tomato paste
- 3 tsp sea salt
- 1000 g Chicken thigh fillets, Cut into 3-5cm pieces (can use up to 1.3kg in TM5)

- Place garlic, ginger and chilli into "Closed lid" , chop 3 sec/ speed7
- Add onion, chop 2 sec/ speed 5
Scrape down sides with spatula - Add cocunut oil, cinnamon, paprika, garam masala, cardamom, coriander, cumin and tumeric, cook 5 min/ 100°C/ "Gentle stir setting"
Loosen mixture from sides and base of bowl with spatula - Add coconut cream, lemon juice, tomato paste, salt and chicken to "Closed lid" .
Place Varoma dish into position and cook 25min/ Varoma/ "Counter-clockwise operation" / "Gentle stir setting"
(you can put Cauliflower rice into Varoma at this stage) - Serve with rice and steamed vegetables or a salad
