Ingredients
Chicken marinade
- 4 portions chicken Maryland
- 2 teaspoons chilli flakes
- 2 teaspoons tumeric powder
- 2 teaspoons garam masala (EDC)
- salt and pepper to taste
Stock/sauce
- 1.5 litres water
- 2 Carrots Sliced
- 3 celery stalks, Sliced
- 0.5 onion sliced
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt &pepper
Steamed veggies
- 4 potatoes, Sliced in 2cm rounds
- broccoli florets
Garnish
- Greek yoghurt
- chilli flakes

Mix all marinade spices together and rub into chicken pieces, marinate for ten minutes or more
Place all stock ingredients into . Season to taste.
Layer sliced potatoes on bottom of varoma bowl and tray ensuring holes are not completely covered, place marinated chicken on potatoes and put varoma in place on .
Cook for 45 minutes/speed1/varoma.
Turn chicken, add broccoli and cook a further 10 minutes/speed 1/varoma.
Once chicken is cooked remove varoma and blend stock speed 8/10 seconds or until smooth, season to taste. Add cornflour to thicken if needed.
Serve with layer of potato, chicken piece and cover with sauce. Garnish with dollop of yoghurt and sprinkle of chilli flakes
