Grain Free Coconut Curried Sausages
- 1 brown onion, Small, peeled, halved
- 30 grams Butter, or oil
- 1kg --- sausages, Thin beef, good quality
- 500 grams cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp curry powder, meat curry powder is best
- 2 tbsp stock paste, beef is best, but you can use any
- 850 grams water
- 60 grams tomato paste
- 1 can coconut cream, 400ml
- 200 grams frozen peas

- Place 250 g of the cauliflower into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 5. Transfer into simmering basket and set aside.
- Place remaining 350 g cauliflower into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 5. Transfer into simmering basket and set aside. Clean and dry mixing bowl.
- Place sausages into Varoma dish. Layer in a ladder style to allow steam to cook.
- Place onion into mixing bowl, chop for 2 sec/speed 6 with MC on. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Add butter (or oil) and cook for 5 min/100°C/speed 1/MC off.
- Add curry powder and cook for 1 min/100°C/speed 1/MC off.
- Add water, stock paste and tomato paste to bowl. Put simmering basket with cauliflower (rice) in place. Place varoma with sausages on top. Cook for 20 min/Varoma/speed 4.
- Remove sausages. Remove cauliflower rice and place in thermoserver to keep warm. Do not drain liquid, keep it in bowl.
- Slice sausages as preferred.
- Insert butterfly, add sausages, coconut cream and peas to mixing bowl. Cook for 8 min/100°C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting" .
- Serve curried sausages with cauliflower rice.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
