Curry
- 30 g olive oil
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 3 cm ginger fresh
- 3 cloves Galic fresh
- 2 chilli, red, fresh, add more to taste
- 1 heaped teaspoons Thai Green Curry Paste
- 1 level teaspoons salt
- 1 level teaspoons tumeric
- 1 heaped teaspoons garam masala
- 2 heaped tablespoons tomato paste
- 800 g chicken thigh fillet, cut into 3 cm pieces
- Handful of Corriander leaves, chopped

- Add ginger, garlic and Chilli and chop for 3 seconds on speed 4.
Add onion chop for 3 seconds on speed 4.
Add Thai green curry paste, salt, turmeric and garam masala and olive oil, saute for 3 minutes varoma temperature and speed 2.
Insert butterfly
Add tomato paste, and the meat.
turn thermomix on for 30 minutes, varoma temperature, reverse, speed 1.5.
At the 20 minute mark, add the corriander leaves. Check to see if chicken is cook through it will depend on the size of your cubed chicken.
When cooking is complete, transfer to thermoserver and allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving with rice or roti.
Tip
I add double the amount for 1 kg.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
