Easy meatloaf
- 500g Mince Meat
- 1 cup Fresh whole meal breadcrumbs
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup zucchini
- 2 heaped tablespoon Fresh herbs, Coriander, rosemary, basil
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 100 g BBQ sauce, ot tomato sauce
- 1 clove garlic

Place glove of garlic in thermos bowl, speed 5 x5 secs. Add fresh herbs of choice speed 5 x3secs. Add onion, carrot and zucchini speed 6x 5secs. Add salt, pepper, egg, sauce and mince speede 6 x 10secs. Shape mince into a 10cm x 18cm rectangle and place on baking tray lined with paper. Bake 160c until firm to touch. Drain off excess fat. Spoon BBQ sauce over top to glaze and bake a further 10 minutes. Stand on tray 10 minutes before serving.

breadcrumbs, too late its in the oven already???

Great recipe, however it did not explain when to use bread crumbs. So I added them same time as mince. And turned out fine
I wrapped mine in bacon rashers and baked in a loaf dish for around an hour on 180 deg Celsius, it was delicious!
