Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

2 or 3 eggs
soy sauce
These tasted great and were a hit with everyone. I had a lot of trouble keeping them together whilst cooking. Next time I'll chop the carrot and onion for a bit longer (as we had a few big bits of onion) and I'll add another egg to hold them together.
Rissoles a family favourite! I varied it slightly this time by using 3 eggs to ensure they bound and sprinkled them with a bush spice mix, served with lashings of rich gravy (i am yet to find a suitable replacemeant for the maggI roast meat gravy mix). I love to make my rissoles using my TUPPERWARE hamburger press!!! ( I sprinkle the spice add the mince mixture, press, sprinkle the top and turn out on baking paper to bake in the oven.
Honestly, best hamburgers ever with these patties. Use soy sauce if you have no tamari

Kids loved them!! Even the hubby said it's the best hamburger he's had! Thanks for the recipe.

I made these yesterday and they are really delicious!! Thank you for the recipe
Just made these for dinner tonight.
Really nice, my kids even had seconds and the generally don't like rissoles or hamburger patties
Lovely flavour. I had a bit of trouble getting them to hold together when cooking them, but that won't stop me making them again. Thanks for sharing.
These are delicious, fantastic flavours. A definate favourite. Thank you!
