Chicken

  • 500 g chicken breast, Cubed
  • 1 onion, Halved
  • 40 g wholegrain mustard
  • 20 g Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric, Ground
  • 2 tbsp Veg Stock Paste (EDC)
  • 60 g honey
  • 30 g flour
  • 100 g water
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • Frozen Mixed Vegies
  • 30 g olive oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put onion in TM and chop 3sec Speed6. Scrape down sides of bowl.

  2. Add Oil and sauté 2min 100deg Speed1

  3. Add Turmeric and flour and stir 3sec speed 4

  4. Add water and cook 1min 70deg speed1

  5. Add chicken, stock, mustard & honey and cook 5min 100deg Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"  Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

  6. Add cream & mixed Vegies and cook 15mins 100deg Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"
