Beef Rissoles/Hamburger Patties
Tip
If making Hamburger Patties, form into slightly larger patties, but not too thick as they take longer to cook through and may burn. This will also make less in quantity.
If you like grated carrot in them for extra flavour, chop 1 carrot 2-3sec/Sp 5 before you start, set aside and proceed with recipe, then add in at Step 3.

Thanks Bev. B.. Yes, i have rolled in flour before too . .. i might add that as an option, thanks. .. i also chop a carrot straight after the herbs too, for something different. .. I'll add that too... Try my lemon chicken & veg rissoles, they've featured in the first Thermomix eRecipe collection. .. So happy. . Thanks again. . Happy cooking
Yummy Rissoles. I rolled mine in flour just before cooking, is just something my mum used to do when cooking rissoles, tends to hold them together better.
