Ingredients
Minced meat skewers with prune
- 150 g onion, halved
- 15 g olive oil
- 500 g Beef mince, cut into pieces
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground
- 1/2 teaspoons paprika, hot, ground
- 2-3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 12-18 pitted prunes
- 12 slices prosciutto, or pastirma

- place onion into mixing bowl and chop "Blend" 5 s/obr. 5 Scrape down sides of mixing bowl using spatula.
- Add olive oil, Sauté "Warm Up" 3 min/120°C/obr. 1
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line the baking trey with baking paper and set aside.
- Place minced meat in mixing bowl, add salt, pepper and paprika and chop 15 s/obr. 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl using spatula
- Add breadcrumbs, mix "Blend" 15 s/obr. 5. Transfer to another vessel and set aside.
- Place the prunes on skewer sticks, 5 for each skewer. Cover each skewer with prunes evenly with the meat mass, then wrap each skewer with 2 slices of pastirma. Place on a previously prepared baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes (190°C). Serve whole or removed from sticks and cut into approx. 1 cm slices.

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
