Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion in TM and chop for 3 seconds on speed 5.

Add roughly torn up toasted and buttered bread and mix for 2 seconds on speed 3.

Add mince, chicken stock powder, egg, dried mint, marmalade, and grainy mustard and mix for 30 seconds on speed 4 ( you may need to scape down the sides after 15 seconds).

Form mixture into 4 mini meatloaves and place onto baking paper on an oven tray.

Cook for 20 minutes at about 215 degrees Celsius.

Tip: I like to serve mine with some gravy over the top and some mashed sweet potato on the side!

Tried it several times - chutney first time and home made BBQ sauce this time and both were great! Glad for a new way to use turkey mince.

Delicious indeed, next time I would halve marmalade or use chutney to reduce the sweetness a little

This was a great meal! I used mulberry jam (60g) in one batch and tomato relish (60g) in another instead of the marmalade and it was great! Oh and I did not have mint so used Italian herbs.Thank you for a different way to use Turkey mince!!

Have made this 3 times and every time has been perfect.  So easy and so flavoursome, used my own marmalade and just as good as any other.  Am going to try it by replacing the marmalade with chutney just for a different flavour and see how it tastes.
