Ingredients
pizza base
- 250 gram bakers flour
- 10 grams oil
- 1 teaspoon dried yeast
- 100 gram cold water
- 50 grams hot water
- 1 tsp salt
Pizza topping
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 4 tablespoon Basil Pesto
- 50 grams Baby Spinach Leaves
- 140 grams pitted kalamata olives
- 4 slices red onion
- 150 grams semi sundried tomatoes in oil
- 5-8 slices Short Cut Bacon, cut into strips
- 25 grams hot salami thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Basil Pesto
- 150 grams feta

Preheat oven to 220 Degrees
place all ingredients in TM bowl
Mix for 6 seconds on speed 6.
Mix for 1.5 min on locked lid/interval speed.
place dough in bread mat or a bowl with glad wrap over top and allow to rise for 10-20 min.
Roll out in to a round shape approx 35 cm diameter and 1cm thick and place on a greased baking tray. ( I use a greased pizza crisper tray and roll directly on to them )
spread tomato paste and 3 tablespoons of the pesto over the base, spreading right to the edges
evenly spread bacon and salami over the base.
next add the slices of red onion over the base.
then add the spinach leaves, followed by the olives and sundried tomatoes.
crumble feta over the top.
finally, mix olive oil with the last tablespoon of pesto and drizzle over the top.
place in oven for 20 min.
