Ingredients

  • some parsley, small handful
  • 1 onion, medium
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 sprig Thyme
  • 700 gram Pork Fillets, cut into 2-3cm cubes
  • 2 Zucchinis ( Courgettes), cut into 2cm cubes
  • 150 gram verjuice or white wine, or white wine
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes, 44g can
  • 1 tablespoon Stock Concentrate
  • 220 gram water
  • 160 gram small pasta, stars or spirali
  • 100 gram yoghurt, or sour cream

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop parsley for 2 seconds on speed 7 and transfer to a small bowl. Chop onion, rosemary & thyme for 2-3 seconds on speed 7.  Add oil & sauté for 1.5 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1.  Add pork and sauté for 2 minutes at 100 degrees on Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"  and Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" .  Add zucchini, tomatoes, wine, stock & pasta and cook for 13-14 mins at 100 degrees and Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"  and Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" .  Add sour cream or yoghurt plus salt & pepper and stir through for 1 minute at 100 degrees on Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"  and Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" .  Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

    Not a fan of this one.
    I followed the recipe but admittedly didn’t add pasta as I was serving on mashed potato. Didn’t like this at all. Meat was tough and not a lot of flavour.

    Yum, great recipe. Kids and hubby loved it too. Meat stayed so tender and moist.

    The meat was cooked beautifully, I only wished for a little more flavour, so next time I will add a few more herbs and spices to suit my palate. Thanks for a good recipe, definitely a great meal when you're in a hurry tmrc_emoticons.-)
