  • 130g chicken tenderloin, put the amount of protien you are allowed
  • 1tbs coconut cream
  • 1tsp Tikka paste, recipe uk recipe community
  • 1/2cup tinned chickpeas , rinsed and drained
  • 1 tomato chopped

    chicken chickpeas curry
  1. I cook in veroma using a method called PAPILOTTE which means putting everything in baking paper,anything cooked in this way is delicious,i have put pictures showing how i wrap on here so check them out

  2. spread out your piece of baking paper add 


    chicken,coconut cream,chickpeas,tikka paste and chopped tomatos


    wrap folding edges to seal and place in veroma 


     


    add 1 titre water and cook 20-30mins veroma speed 2


    check if cooked enough depends on thickness of chicken add extra 5mins or so if needed,just slice into thickest part of chicken

Tip

You can make this into veggo dish by say adding tofo or other veg and leave out chicken.It great when you are trying to portion your protein 

 

I served with cauliflower rice recipe on my page also and salad they are not included in  calorie count
