Ingredients
- 150 g dried chickpeas, soaked overnight, or tin of chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 200 g broad beans shelled
- 1/2 --- red onion
- 1 garlic clove, large
- 1/2 bunch Flat leaf Parsley
- 5 leaves fresh mint
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon Ground Cumin.
- 2 teaspoon Ground Coriander Seed
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt flakes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

Heat your oven to 220oC (or 200oC fan forced)
Place the soaked and drained chickpeas into Thermomix and process on speed 6 for up to 10 seconds, scraping down the sides and repeating until you have a nice consistency.
Form the mix into tablespoon sized balls or oblongs and place on an oven tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes or until mostly golden brown on the outside
Serve with yoghurt, hummus, your favourite salad and pita bread.

Tip
I soak extra chickpeas and then freeze them into portion sizes for later use.

there seems to be some steps missing. the chickpeas are the only ingredient in the preparation. when do you add other ingredients?
How do you prepare the broad beans? Cook them then shell them I assume? When are the other ingredients added? There's a lot missing in the steps for this recipe unfortunately
After processing the chickpeas, do you add the remaining ingredients & process all at once?
