Ingredients
Pilaf
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 onion, halved
- 20 grams olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground tumeric
- 1 Large Sweet Potato, peeled and cubed into 1 to 2 cm pieces (approx 400g)
- 200 grams quinoa, rinsed and drained
- 500 grams water
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable stock paste, (from Basic Cookbook)
- 1 bunch Kale, stems removed, coarsely torn
- Greek yoghurt, to serve
- fresh coriander, to serve

Place garlic and onion into bowl and chop for 3 secs/speed 7.
Add the oil and saute for 5 mins/100C/speed 1.
Add the cumin, coriander, cinnamon and tumeric and saute for a further 1 min/100C/speed 1.
Add the sweet potato, quinoa, water and vegetable stock paste and cook for 15 mins/100C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1.
Tip into a 2.6L ThermoServer or large bowl, add kale and toss to combine. Cover and set aside for 10 mins.
Serve with Greek yoghurt and fresh coriander.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
