Recipe's preparation

    Salad Dressing
  1. Place all ingredients except sesame oil into mixing bowl for 1 min/speed 2 - 3.

    Add sesame oil and blend 5 sec/speed 2.

Tip

This dressing can be kept in the fridge for 1 - 2 weeks.

    Very nice dressing. I used rapadura sugar and reduced the amount slightly and can probably reduce further next time. Thank you for the recipe.

    Beautiful dressing! I had it over an asian slaw type salad which was basically the coleslaw recipe out of the basics book, minus the lemon juice and mayonnaise and then also just included celery, snow peas, red capsicum, spring onion and some cucumber. I finished with some toasted chopped peanuts on top. It was delicious. I served it with some pan fried chicken. The next day I ate the salad just by itself and still just as beautiful if not better. It is a meal on it's own and doesn't really even need meat. I'm also having it today with lettuce, avocado, tomato, snow peas, cucumber, capers and smoked salmon. Divine! Thanks Yeenie!
