    YUMMM
If you double the recipe- just double the cooking times(only the cooking times) and use 3 garlic cloves. Another addition- spring onions

I am not really a fan of soup but I tried this when I was sick. I used 250grams of chicken instead and I also added an extra egg, half an onion and half a teaspoon of ginger. It was quite nice.

Added xtra 100 mls of water. Next time will add a small Potato cubed n give extra time to cook. tku for recipe.😊

I liked this soup but due to things I need to alter I have reduced rating.
Definately needed more chicken and it didn’t shred like in other recipes so I had to do this after the fact.

great soup used frozen corn and chicken slices, worked well just cooked it for longer just doubled the time and added some more seasoning. So quick and easy.

We love this! So simple and so tasty. I made some variations. 400 grams of chicken (cooked an extra 1.30mins on this step) - 3cms of ginger and half an onion to the first step (cooked for 30 seconds longer) - instead of adding boiling water and the chicken stock I just used liquid chicken stock and filled it to just under the full line (about 900mls of chicken stock). It was so good!

Excellent and easy. Thanks for sharing.
I've done this with peas and or spring onion to add a bit of colour, huge success.
