Stir Fried Broccoli in Oyster Sauce
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, light
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon chicken powder
- 200 grams water
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 150 grams water
- 300 grams broccoli
- 1/2 piece onion, thinly sliced

- Insert 5 cloves garlic and blend 5sec/sp.5
- add 2 tablespoons oil. Cook 3 min / 120 C / sp.1
- add 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon white sugar, 1 teaspoon chicken powder, 200 grams water
- then close the lid of your mixing bowl, place a bowl and measure: 3 tablespoons corn starch, 150 grams water. Mix them well with a spoon, then pour them into the mixing bowl. Blend 10sec/sp.2.5
- Cook 3 min /120 C /reverse/ sp.1
- Add 300 grams Broccoli and 1/2 piece Onion. Then continue cooking 4min/varoma/reverse/sp.spoon
- serve while it's hot
