  • 180 grams Ma Ling, dice into 2cm
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 12 grams salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 2 grams chicken powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mushroom Bouillon

Recipe's preparation

  1. Using TM Cutter, 5 pieces shallots, 3 cloves garlic. Put them into mixing bowl.

  2. Add 8 grams oil. Cook 5 min / 120 C / sp.1

  3. Pour 1500 grams drinking water. Kettle mode 100 C

  4. Add 200 gramsBoneless Skinless Chicken Thigh, dice, 1 piece Potato, 1 piece Carrot. Cook 15 min / 100 C / reverse / sp. spoon

  5. Add 2 pieces celery, 3 pieces sausages, 180 grams Ma Ling. Add 1 teaspoon white sugar, 12 grams salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper, 2 grams Chicken powder.Cook 3 min / 120 C / reverse / sp.spoon
