Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Kids love this one and it's so easy!
Delicious! I didn't have vegetable stock paste used 1 teaspoon of powder veg stock. 2 cloves of garlic with the onion and crushed Italian herb mix.
If I wanted to cook it without the pasta, would I just omit the water, and keep eveything else the same? Has anyone tried this?
It was quick and easy , nice tasting but could do with some more flavour
Emz....x
AMAZING!!!! I added some garlic cloves in step one, and I decided to use chicken stock instead of vegetable stock.
I didn't add chicken because it didn't defrost nicely - but "creamy bacon carbonara" .. WOW!
I also added 100ml of white wine when I added the hot water, cream and stock.
Thick creamy sauce!!
I'll be using this as my go-to carbonara from now on!! Delicious. Thankyou!
My whole family loved this recipe. It was easy to follow and tasted great. We had 4 generous helpings and a bit leftover.
Yep I was dubious about the all-in-one-pot approach but it turned out great thank you! Put my GP spaghetti in after the first 5 mins of the 15min cook and added mushrooms and broccoli 5 mins before the end. Will definately use this recipe again thank you!
Super easy, super delicious. Got devoured at our place.
Oh my goodness! This recipe is AMAZING! It is an absolute hit in our house especially for the fussy husband! Thank you so much for sharing
Tonight I made it for a second time and didn't realise until it was too late that we didn't have thickened cream so instead I substituted it for a quick white sauce cooked in the saucepan but a little bit more of a thinner consistency and worked PERFECTLY! Wow 😍
Love this recipe, it is my go to when I need a meal in a hurry. My husband likes to cook the chicken and bacon in a pan and add at the end. I also add sundried tomatoes to the thermo pasta mixture with about 3 minutes to go.
