Ingredients

Chicken, prosciutto & mushroom pasta

  • 10 g EVOO (olive oil)
  • 1 Small brown onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 80 g proscuitto, Chopped
  • 350 g Chicken Thigh Diced
  • 80 g mushrooms diced
  • 1 tomato, (Peel & slice, see tips)
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Chicken stock concentrate (TM)
  • 250 g water
  • 220 g full fat cream
  • 250 g pasta, (Spirals)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • black pepper

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1- chop onion & garlic, sp7 3 sec

    2- add EVOO & prosciutto, sauté Varoma temp sp1 3mins

    3- add chicken thigh, cook 100deg sp1 2mins

    scrape sides down after

    4- add mushroom, cook 100deg Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" speed, 5mins

    5- add tomato, tomato paste, chicken stock, cream & water, cook 100deg, sp1 5mins

    6- add pasta, 100deg 10-12mins, soft sp, on reverse

    serve with grated Parmesan & cracked black pepper

Tip

* peel tomato by slicing a X on the top, then place in cup of boiled water, fully submerged, leave 5mins. Skin will then easily peel away

* if decreasing amount of prosciutto, increase the chicken stock
