Penny Halfpenny: Photo updated! Thanks for the feedback
Easy recipe agree the photo makes it look rather bland, but it is not! instructions are so easy and you can add other items in your fridge, like ginger, other veg, and i used only a portion or the milk made up with vege stock and tuna liquid. Thankyou for this recipe that I have made on the stove top for many years and now the Thermo.
My mother in law taught me this recipe the old fashioned way (stove top) 36 years ago and I have only just (well last 10 years) perfected the creaminess she always got and it used to take forever. Thank you Trixie-lixie-thermomixing it is exactly spot on. I did tweek it a little by using 2 teaspoons of curry powder (we like a bit of a bite) and adding a 1/2 tablespoon of malt vinegar (MIL taught me this) when I added the tuna. Cant wait to make it again for my In Laws. Thank you again.
Photo doesn't do this dish justice, easy and very tasty! Great one for toddlers!
