Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

This was delicious! And even better that my pretty fussy 7 year olds loved it too. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to be using condensed soup so was a bit worried but I did and it was beautiful.
Absolutely delicious 😋. My whole family loves this sauce including the fussy 2 year old. The only thing I did different was add the meat straight to the bowl (didn't use the steaming basket) in step 8 as we like fine mince meat. Then in step 10 cooked only for another 5-10 mins instead of 15mins.
Made this last night, my husband said it was the Best sauce he has ever had. It was So nice! Even the Grandkids ate it! We had it with homemade spaghetti. I added a carrot and a zucchini with the onion. Definitely will be a go to Sauce for us!
I've just served it tonigh! My family loved it! The only thing I changed was mince - I did half beef half veal.
Very nice! Makes heaps for leftovers and oh so yummy. I added extra curry and some diced up roasted red peppers.
thank you, family loved this and it was so easy to make.
